through our web site are governed by our standard Terms and Conditions
and it is important that you also read and accept these prior to
placing an order with us.

Ordering items
We believe that customers appreciate a personal service so when
you are ready to purchase contact us by e-mail, fax, post or telephone
us direct. We will ensure that we fully understand your requirements
and will give any advice you may need. Payment must be made in full
at the time of ordering either by credit card, debit card or by
cheque. We accept all major credit and debit cards except American
Express and Diner's Club. Cheques need to be cleared before despatch
and so you should allow 4 working days from receipt by us of your
cheque. We will contact you to confirm receipt of your cheque. Cheques
should be made payable to Allium Farm Ltd. We regret we cannot send
goods prior to receipt of payment.
Prices
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 17.5% and
may be varied without notice.
Delivery
The price of many of our larger items includes delivery anywhere
on the UK mainland. Should a delivery charge apply you will be informed
of this at the time you place the order.
Delivery in Sussex and most of Kent is usually by our own transport.
Outside the Sussex and West Kent areas deliveries are made by a
national carrier or Royal Mail parcel post. Where we use our own
transport for delivery we will normally be able to indicate an approximate
delivery time. There may be additional charges where the customer
has specific requirements such as guaranteed next day delivery.
In these instances you will be advised of the cost prior to your
commitment to purchase.
Any quoted delivery dates are approximate and no liability is accepted
in respect of late deliveries.
Damaged and Missing items.
Please check your delivery carefully before signing for it. If
there appears to be any damage you can either refuse to accept the
goods or mark the delivery note accordingly. It is essential that
you contact us immediately if any goods are received damaged. Do
not discard any of the packaging. We must be notified within 24
hours of receipt by you of faulty or damaged goods. No claim will
be accepted after this period.
